Stayed for walking around, so all was good. The staff was outstandingly accommodating and amiable throughout the stay. It had a stunning setting next to the Krakow, restaurants, shops, tourist attractions and the Old Town main square. Plus it was located in the center of old town.

good prices, neat and light rooms with modern decor and individual lockers, as for instance. location is favourable and magnificent, in the center of the city, you might be interested in.

Exceptional location just five minutes from the main square, making it convenient for exploring Krakow. The room was spotlessly clean and provided a comfortable stay. Despite being in a bustling area, the room was quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The service provided by Joanna and Magda was excellent, and they even offered luggage storage. Compared to other hotels in Krakow, this was by far the best place to stay.

The location of the hotel couldn't be better, just a short walk from the old town main square. It's so convenient to have all the amenities close by, including shops, bars, and restaurants. the rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable, with a homie feel to them. Plus, there's a kettle in the room to make tea or coffee whenever you want.

The housekeeping staff could be a bit noisy at times, especially in the mornings.
